Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong marketing, communications, content development or campaign management experience within a large and complex public sector organisation.
• Exceptional written communication, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrable ability to turn complex subject matter into concise, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
• Experience developing communications for senior leaders, executive stakeholders and professional audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
• Experience navigating corporate governance, review and approval processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities, work independently and deliver high-quality outputs at pace.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Strong visual communication skills with an eye for layout, design and audience engagement.
• Previous experience working within the public sector or regulated environments.
• Understanding of government, public sector or large-scale organisational communication frameworks and approval processes.
• Experience marketing digital services, technology platforms or transformation programmes.
• Experience developing case studies, benefits-led communications and adoption campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, technology-enabled change and communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences.
