We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Lead to drive business assessments, solution design, and modernization initiatives within the energy and utilities domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and application transformation.

The role involves engaging with business stakeholders, evaluating existing systems and processes, defining future-state solutions, and developing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and application assessments for Oracle Utilities CC&B environments.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, architects, and program leadership.
• Analyze existing business processes, applications, integrations, and operating models.
• Perform fit-gap assessments and recommend improvements and transformation opportunities.
• Define future-state business processes and high-level solution designs.
• Develop modernization, migration, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes, data, integrations, and operations.
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the utilities industry.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Utilities CC&B.
• Proven experience leading assessments, discovery workshops, and solution design initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and roadmap development.
• Experience with application modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable solution strategies.
