Location: Daytona, FL
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Thursday-Saturday, plus every other Wednesday

Job Duties

• Perform microbiological testing, including endotoxin, sterility, and bioburden testing


• Conduct environmental monitoring of controlled and cleanroom environments


• Prepare laboratory media, reagents, and test samples following established procedures


• Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records


• Review data for compliance with quality standards and report deviations when identified


• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives


• Follow GMP, FDA, and laboratory safety requirements


• Assist with SOP updates, audit readiness activities, and quality documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field required


• Previous experience in a microbiology laboratory preferred


• Experience with endotoxin testing, sterility testing, or environmental monitoring is highly preferred


• Knowledge of GMP environments, aseptic techniques, and laboratory documentation practices


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
