HR Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global HR projects focused on process improvement and employment offer processes for European candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation.

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.

• Drive process improvement, HR transformation, and change management initiatives.

• Coordinate global stakeholders and facilitate project governance meetings.

• Manage project scope, resources, communications, and project reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 6+ years of project management experience.

• Experience in HR, IT, or Procurement projects.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
