The Role

• Execute new construction and modernization projects for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations up to 380kV.
• Assemble steel structures within 110kV to 380kV switchgear, including air-insulated and gas-insulated systems.
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, electrical systems, and components such as HV clamps, suspension, and support insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, along with pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Revise plan documents by applying red markings for updates.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith or metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Previous experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, supply engineering, or the metal processing industry.
• Experience with electrical systems is a plus.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class B) and a willingness to travel to sites using a personal vehicle.
• Preparedness for regular on-site assignments from Monday to Thursday within southeastern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work approach.
