Salary: $180,000 - $185,000 + Super

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide integration solutions across complex cloud and hybrid environments.

The end client is a prominent organisation undertaking a large-scale technology transformation initiative, focused on enhancing digital capabilities, improving customer experiences, and modernising enterprise platforms.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to deliver end-to-end integration solutions that support strategic business and technology initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping integration architecture, defining best practices, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready integration solutions.

This position requires a strong combination of technical architecture expertise, solution design capability, and stakeholder engagement skills to translate business requirements into effective technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade integration architectures and solutions.
  • Define integration strategies, standards, patterns, and best practices across multiple initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise integration environments.
  • Advise on the optimal configuration and implementation of integration platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, project teams, and delivery partners.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration development teams.
  • Drive solution quality, governance, security, and compliance across integration initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience across cloud and hybrid integration architectures.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • REST APIs
    • OpenAPI Standards
    • API Security
    • Web Services
    • Batch Integrations
    • Messaging and Queuing Technologies
    • Event-Driven Architectures
  • Experience establishing enterprise integration standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proven experience integrating cloud-based SaaS/PaaS platforms with legacy on-premises systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and advisory capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring integration developers.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and architecture documentation skills.
