Detailed Job Description

• 12plus years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.

• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in:

o React.js

o Next.js

o TypeScript

o NX Workspace / Monorepo Architecture

• Experience integrating with .NET Core APIs and microservices.

• Solid understanding of Azure services including:

o Azure App Insights

o Azure Storage

o Azure SQL / Database Services

o AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

• Sitecore Headless (XM Cloud/Sitecore JSS) experience.

• Experience with digital experience platforms and CMS solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering engineering excellence and collaboration.

• Drive technical design and architecture decisions for digital experience platforms.

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and NX monorepo architecture.

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Support CI/CD practices and cloud-native deployments on Azure and Kubernetes platforms.

• Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.

• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and production support activities.

• Contribute to technology roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience.
