We are seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking)
Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing operations on
2nd shift
. This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and enforcement of company policies and procedures
Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee relations and disciplinary matters
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Conduct employee training, investigations, and I-9 audits
Assist with unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Analyze turnover, retention, and absenteeism data; support development of improvement initiatives
Prepare and distribute HR reports as needed
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bilingual in
Spanish (required)
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of HR and employee relations experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of employment laws (Title VII, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient with technology and HR systems
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Office setting within a manufacturing facility
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Exposure to production environments including noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment
May include exposure to cold, damp conditions and strong odors
