Job Description:

· We are seeking an experienced IVR Dev Lead with strong expertise in Contact Center solutions, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Java/J2EE technologies, microservices, and GCES development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting IVR and Contact Center applications. Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Google NLP, and entity modeling is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and enhancement of Contact Center and IVR applications.

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

· Build, integrate, and support microservices-based applications.

· Develop and maintain GCES solutions to support Contact Center and IVR functionalities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

· Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system reliability.

· Support application integration, testing, deployment, and production maintenance.

· Contribute to NLU/NLP capabilities and entity modeling where applicable.

Must-Have Skills:

· Strong experience in Contact Center and IVR technologies.

· Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE application development.

· Experience developing and supporting microservices.

· Practical experience with GCES development.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
