Scrum Master (W2 position only)

Greetings

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across software development projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

• Remove blockers and resolve impediments affecting sprint delivery.

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

• Track sprint progress using Jira and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity).

• Ensure timely delivery of user stories and sprint commitments.

• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.

• Prepare Agile reports and communicate project status to leadership.

• Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience facilitating multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

• Experience with sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, and release planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.

• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based application delivery.
