Human Resources Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Recruiter to partner with leadership in attracting exceptional mortgage talent and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing professional networks, identifying top talent, and creating opportunities after positions even exist.

Develop relationships with mortgage professionals through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
~ Identify and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators and other sales talent.
~ Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates.
~ Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry relationships.
~ Represent PRMI at recruiting events, career fairs, industry functions, and networking opportunities.
~ Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and growth initiatives.
~ Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
~ Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate information.
~ Provide market intelligence regarding recruiting trends, competitor activity, and talent availability.
~ Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
~ Professional presence and high emotional intelligence
~ A consultative approach to recruiting and relationship management
Recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience
~ Mortgage origination experience preferred
~ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
~ CRM or applicant tracking system experience
~ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
