Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2550 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 90 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year in a Level 1 ICU preferred; otherwise 2 years preferred experience in a MICU setting.

Unit Details: Medical ICU also cares for Neuro Critical Care patients. Cases seen: Sepsis, ESRD, and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH; post-cardiac arrest care; respiratory failure.
Shift && Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be accommodated.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
