Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wi-Fi Design Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise wireless network solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies, wireless architecture, network design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise Wi-Fi network architecture and solutions.

• Create wireless network designs, including coverage, capacity, and access point placement.

• Perform Wi-Fi site surveys, RF planning, and interference analysis.

• Define wireless network standards, architecture, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and coverage issues.

• Collaborate with network engineering and infrastructure teams.

• Ensure wireless networks meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Wi-Fi design and wireless network architecture.

• Hands-on knowledge of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 and IEEE 802.11 standards.

• Experience with RF planning, site surveys, and wireless optimization.

• Knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise wireless solutions.

• Understanding of WLAN security, roaming, and interference management.

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
