1. Executive Summary

This is a highly specialized Telecom Device Management Architect/SME role focused on modernizing broadband customer premises equipment (CPE) management at scale.

The organization is seeking a senior expert who can help transition a large telecom device ecosystem from legacy TR-069/CWMP- based management to the newwe TR-369 user services platform (USP) architecture while supporting Prpl OS adoption and cloud native operations.

The ideal candidate combines:

* Telecom broadband network expertise

* Deep ACS platform knowledge

* CPE lifecycle management experience

* TR-069 and TR-369 standards expertise

* Large-scale fleet management experience (millions of devices)

* Solution architecture capabilities

* Cloud-native platform understanding

This is not a generic Solution Architect position. It is a niche telecom standards-driven architecture role.

2. Role Summary (Plain Language)

The company manages or intends to manage millions of broadband routers, gateways, and home network devices.

Today these devices are likely managed using multiple vendor-specific systems and traditional ACS platforms.

The expert will help design:

* One unified management platform
