  • Middleware & Infrastructure Support: Provide comprehensive support for HRS-related products, including installation, setup, and configuration. Diagnose and resolve high-availability issues, such as MongoDB replica set failures and ActiveMQ active/passive failures, to minimize downtime.
  • Vulnerability Management & Remediation: Drive and support critical and high-severity vulnerability remediation efforts across key enterprise platforms.
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Work collaboratively within a team to address complex business issues from strategy through execution. Design and implement technology infrastructure, develop and enhance applications, and provide tools that align with strategic initiatives.
  • Application Support Lifecycle: Address defects and enhancements as part of the application support lifecycle and participate in post-implementation incident resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
