Position: Oracle Fusion Administrator/Report developer
Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced, senior-level Oracle Fusion Administrator & Report Developer with 12+ years of expertise to manage, optimize, and maintain our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as the primary administrator for the Fusion platform while collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop robust, actionable reports and dashboards in Fusion.
Key Responsibilities
· Oracle Fusion Administration
· Manage day-to-day administration, security configurations, custom roles, and user access management within Oracle Fusion.
· Oversee system maintenance, monitor system performance, and manage Oracle quarterly update cycles (impact analysis, regression testing, and feature enablement).
· Troubleshoot complex system glitches, open and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), and ensure environment stability.
· Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
· Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for reporting and analytics.
· Map data flows and identify source tables within the Oracle Fusion data model to support business intelligence initiatives.
Report & Dashboard Development
· Design, develop, and deploy reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
· Write advanced SQL queries, build custom data models, and develop scheduled reports for automated distribution.
· Build intuitive executive dashboards and operational analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud administration and technical development.
· Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion''s underlying database tables and data structures.
· Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Financial and Supply Chain Oracle Fusion modules.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional requirement-gathering capabilities with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
· Problem-Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex environment issues and managing Oracle quarterly release cycles.
