UI React Developer (Hybrid Onsite - W2 Contract only)

Job Title : UI React Developer

Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid 3/4 days a week onsite)

Contract: W2 

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

Main requirements for the React Developers:

•          Full Stack Experience, preferably 5+ years.

•          Able to provide reusable templates to control component sprawl.

•          Able to implement alternative indexing for Sharepoint content.

o          Custom Ranking for Search Results is a big plus

o          Azure AI experience is a nice to have, if the customer decides to go with the Azure AI Search later.

•          Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps is a plus, to make it easy to integrate with the existing environment.

•          Azure Experience preferred, as they will go with integrating with existing Azure features to sit on top of SharePoint.

Requirements:

•          Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

•          Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of Angular or ReactJS frameworks.

•          Solid understanding of micro frontend architecture and concepts.

•          Experience in developing and deploying applications using Java, JavaScript,  ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

•          Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications.

•          Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

•          Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
