Chief Systems Architect | Caseyville, IL, United States | Hybrid | $131,300.00 - $237,350.00 This employer is a globally recognised technology leader serving government and commercial clients with innovative digital and mission solutions. The Role • Serve as the lead technical authority for architectural design, systems integration, and enterprise strategy on a high-visibility geospatial intelligence initiative. • Develop and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures aligned with customer strategies. • Provide authoritative recommendations on technology integration, standards adoption, and data flow optimization. • Drive cloud-native solution strategies, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines in secure environments. • Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance to ensure compliance with federal enterprise architecture frameworks and cybersecurity mandates. • Represent the program in high-level technical exchanges and governance boards with customer and Intelligence Community stakeholders. What You'll Need • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a Polygraph examination. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline with 12-15 years of relevant experience (or Master's with 10-13 years, or Doctorate). • 10+ years of progressive experience in systems architecture, software development, solution engineering, or enterprise IT. • Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/C2S/IC GovCloud), data integration, and secure multi-domain systems. • Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex, mission-critical enterprise architectures within the Intelligence Community. • Familiarity with GEOINT data, tools, infrastructure, and tradecraft, along with knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53).
