Job Title: Microsoft Copilot Trainer Microsoft 365

Location: Raleigh/Durham, NC (Local Candidates Only)
Work Mode: Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months
Position Type: Contract

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Trainer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 and Copilot to drive end-user training, adoption, and productivity enablement.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and demos on Microsoft Copilot and M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • Train users on Copilot capabilities, practical use cases, and prompt engineering.

  • Develop training materials, user guides, and hands-on exercises.

  • Identify productivity use cases and drive Copilot adoption.

  • Provide end-user support and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 and Copilot experience.

  • Prior experience in end-user/technical training.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Must be local to North Carolina, preferably Raleigh/Durham, and available onsite.
