Revenue Enablement Trainer - AEs

About the Role:

We’re looking for an AE Enablement Trainer to join our US Revenue Enablement team. This person will own the delivery of our Account Executive onboarding and coach new AEs through ramp, so every new hire learns our sales methodology and puts it to work on real calls. This is a great opportunity for a proven seller who wants to move into enablement, whether you’re a Podium AE ready for your next step or an experienced sales professional from outside Podium. You’ll partner directly with our AE onboarding lead to run new-hire cohorts, coach from call recordings, and help shape the curriculum that becomes the foundation of how Podium sells. Onboarding is our first chance to set new team members up for success, and sustained Enablement support ensures they continue to grow long after their first week. You’ll play a key part in building that foundation and driving long-term success.

What you will be doing:

• Coach new AEs daily through their first 90 days at Podium with call reviews and one-on-ones
• Partner with AE Managers and team leads to address team needs and performance gaps
• Deliver AE new-hire onboarding and group trainings, including our sales playbook, vertical scripts, and methodology
• Coordinate key logistics and scheduling for new-hire onboarding
• Track performance of the reps you support and share monthly updates with Sales Leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives that drive revenue and overall sales effectiveness
• Run AE certifications on intro, discovery, demo, and close
• Give feedback on training content and help improve it based on what you see on calls

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in the Lehi, UT office full time.
• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales success, at Podium or elsewhere
• Able to give direct, specific coaching from recorded sales calls
• An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset
• Ability to identify and communicate gaps or areas of improvement in our current onboarding process
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable teaching a room
• Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
• Bonus: experience selling to Home Services, Auto, or MedSpa businesses, or mentoring and onboarding other reps
