Job Description

H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a CSP Team Lead to support a U.S. government client. The Team Lead will Coordinate daily CSP delivery under the Contractor Program Manager’s supervision. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, risks and actions; coordinate monthly CBM/CMM reporting, customer meetings, financial analyses and annual/FYE activities.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency and coordinate documentation, training, configuration and change/release work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT or computer sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience related to oversight and management of project/contract operations involving multiple projects, tasks or personnel.
  • 3+ years demonstrated Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management experience.
  • Direct experience managing DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
  • Leadership of Federal sector projects similar in size and scope to CSP support, Project Management experience, and communications with the highest management levels.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Professional project management certification such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level I or equivalent.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and rapidly resolve performance or personnel issues in a Federal contract environment.
  • Experience coordinating multi-site or geographically dispersed teams, including personnel supporting Government facilities in multiple locations.
