Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in downtown Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract, hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Compensation: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365. This role focuses on enabling effective Copilot usage within M365 apps and services, supporting Copilot Chat, and integrating AI capabilities into day-to-day workflows while ensuring secure, governed use. The engineer will partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across the Microsoft 365 suite
• Enable effective Copilot usage within M365 applications and services
• Integrate AI capabilities into daily workflows to enhance productivity
• Ensure the secure and governed use of Copilot and related AI tools
• Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to reduce manual effort and improve processes
• Provide stakeholder communications and create technical documentation

Primary Requirements:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and translate business needs into effective Copilot usage
• Experience with Copilot in M365 Apps (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Copilot Chat
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience collaborating with security and compliance teams

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Architecture
• Experience with Copilot Studio
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity, retention)
• Experience with API Integration
