We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Electrician to join a forward-thinking company that is a quality leader in electrical safety testing. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of electrical equipment for clients, contributing to a secure work environment within an innovative industry.

The Role

• Conduct electrical safety checks on portable equipment at client sites.
• Identify and document electrical hazards or defects using digital diagnostic software and smartphones.
• Generate measurement protocols and error reports directly from diagnostic software for clients.
• Coordinate testing procedures, manage a team, and communicate with clients on-site.
• Collaborate closely with project management for the scheduling and oversight of customer engagements.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training in an electrical field.
• Meticulous and diligent work ethic.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience coordinating a team of 2-5 inspectors.
• Proficiency in German, with a working knowledge of English being a plus.
