System Administrator (PROJ-4777)

Overview

Remote is seeking a System Administrator to join the team in a large Federal Government Department. The System Administrator will provide end-to-end administration and strategic support for the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence (Data Centre). They will also help drive and deliver the uplift of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities leveraging JSM to enable tracking work requested and completed (requests/incidents) against a range of assets (e.g. ICT systems, software, hardware).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administration and strategic support for the Atlassian suite: Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Data Centre.
• Assist in delivering the uplift of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities using JSM to track requests and incidents against assets such as ICT systems, software, and hardware.
