System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Project Delivery: Plan and collaborate on infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Escalation Support: Act as a technical escalation point (level 3) for Helpdesk issues, ensuring timely resolution

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field), and 5+ years' experience in system administration.
• Strong experience managing core infrastructure (VMware or Hyper V), Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Experience with cloud hosting
• Experience with modern corporate applications such as Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM) and Exchange Online
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP and enterprise network
• A proactive and reliable team player with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to manage priorities and adapt to new technologies
