REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Practical experience developing solutions using technologies such as:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure AI Services
• Azure OpenAI
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Salesforce Agentforce (preferred)
• API integrations and automation platforms
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge assistants, or intelligent search applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development & Delivery

• Design, build, configure, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address business and operational challenges.
• Develop and customize AI agents, copilots, workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Evaluate existing AI tools and determine the most effective approaches for solving business problems.
• Leverage and adapt existing AI solutions, frameworks, and use cases whenever practical to accelerate delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implement them directly.
