The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh food counter.
• Prepare and present a visually appealing assortment of meats, sausages, and deli products.
• Create unique and high-quality specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Maintain immaculate standards for product displays and the counter area.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or deli counter specialist is highly desirable.
• A passion for food, particularly in the areas of meat, charcuterie, and delicatessen.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to work a varied shift schedule, including Saturdays.
