Job Description
We are seeking an IT Program Manager III to support the End of Life (EOL) remediation program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Excel-driven analytics, reporting, and governance coordination, and a proven ability to drive plan adherence, deliver actionable insights, and influence cross-functional teams within defined SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan tracking. For new items, ensure plan dates are entered in the system of record within SLA. Partner with team leads to obtain and update dates.
- Reporting. Provide weekly inventory updates to application teams with key messages and focus guidance. Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Governance. Supply data inputs and support the Date Modification process, partnering with team leads to progress changes through required governance.
- Documentation. Create and maintain procedure documents related to assigned duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced Excel expertise, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts. Ability to pass Excel testing during the interview process.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate substantial datasets to surface insights and trends.
- Ability to synthesize detail into clear conclusions and recommendations for management.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Tableau reporting, including creation of datasets and dashboards.
- JIRA project tracking and reporting experience.
- Confluence experience.
- Prior Risk or Technology Currency experience.
- Knowledge of information security, controls, risk management, and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, action oriented, curious, and organized.
- Mid-level infrastructure knowledge across operating systems, databases, and middleware products.
- Ability to build partnerships and influence others to complete required actions and obtain needed answers for remediation support.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and support team structure in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within large financial services or regulated environments.
- Experience supporting End of Life or technology remediation programs.
Start and Schedule Details
- Start: ASAP. Target start within 2-4 weeks of offer to meet defined business timelines.
- Hybrid: Minimum three days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.
- Compliance: Glider Candidate ID Verification required. Excel skills screening and testing will be conducted.
