Customer Service and Support Representative
Requirements:
Successful background interacting with customers on behalf of an organization.
·Ability to clearly communicate information about products, effectively respond to phone and email inquiries with courtesy, build trust and customer loyalty.
Respond to product orders, process purchase orders quickly and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Take sales orders and inquiries, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
Must be able to interact with customers on behalf of an organization, provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues, process returns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate pickup activities with freight forwarding companies.
Efficiently process large pallet orders for inbound and outbound shipments.
Process bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping documents for inbound/outbound shipments.
Troubleshoot solutions for inbound/outbound freight issues when needed.

Qualifications

· Operations and customer service experience in a consumer product company.
· 2-3 years of experience supporting product sales and delivering strong customer support.
· Familiarity with Quickbooks software.
· Must pass a background and reference check.
