Project Manager - Trimble Unity Construct /eBuilder.

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established as a means of recognizing cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. The creation of OTS consolidated a wide variety of existing hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third party software, and custom applications.

OTS leads the State’s technology procurement process in order to standardize technology over the entire organization, seek efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the OTS suite of services which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies.

JOB TITLE: Support Services Project Manager/Specialist

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

•                      Creation of project documentation

•                      Process monitoring;

•                      Conduct cost/benefit analysis;

•                      Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking.

•                      Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes

•                      Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide support services for agency’s workload demands.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: (if applicable)

•                      Applicant should have at least five years experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

•                      Applicant should have experience creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and perform account maintenance in the Trimble platform.

•                      Applicant should have experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

•                      Applicant should have experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

•                      Applicant should have experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). This includes providing new user basic training, workflow training and administration training as well as new features and process design.

•                      Applicant should have experience in providing guidance in leveraging best practices as well as design sessions and requirements documentation for new process rollouts for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). The applicant shall serve as the lead in process testing.

•                      Applicant should have experience in evaluating the use of cost management and leverage the best practices in cost management using the Trimble platform.

•                      Applicant should provide reporting assistance and report cleanup as well as creating reports, report subscriptions and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).
