We are looking for D365 F&O/eComm Lead for our client in Chicago, IL

Job Title: D365 F&O/eComm Lead

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel.
• Experience in multi-tenant / multi-brand CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Customer 360 / CDP integration models.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Define technology foundations required for Phase 1, covering architecture, platform, environments, infrastructure, integration approaches, tooling, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of the Unified Experience layer for the Skylark platform, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform.
• Establish design standards, data models, and CRM-led experience patterns across the platform.
• Drive the design and implementation of B2B/B2C commerce flows, financial operations, and cross-system orchestration with CE and external channels.
