The Role • Develop, approve, and manage NDT procedures, calibration methods, and equipment evaluations. • Train, certify, and oversee NDT personnel across different levels. • Select, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment; interpret and evaluate test results against applicable standards. • Advise on appropriate measures for non-conforming products. • Review and verify internal, subcontractor, and customer NDT reports and specifications. • Conduct audits of internal and subcontractor NDT processes. What You'll Need • Associate degree (or higher) in engineering or science. • 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with direct experience in procedure development, personnel qualification, and leading audits. • Ability to write and approve compliant NDT procedures. • Strong personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • T9074-AS-GIB-101/271, SNT-TC-1A, and NAS-410 Level III certification in Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, and Visual Inspection (to be obtained after assuming the position).
