Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist (Pharma)

Location: 100% Remote (Must work regular business hours aligned to the EST time zone)Position Type: Full-Time, 1-Year W2 ContractPay Rate: $86.00/hr - $90.00/hrCella is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to lead sophisticated analytical initiatives for a global healthcare leader. You'll serve as a vital link between marketing and sales, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence business decisions.

Responsibilities:Conducting Advanced Analytics: Perform marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses, and promotional responsiveness evaluations across digital, virtual, and traditional sales force channels.

Optimizing Brand Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to bridge data and execution, ensuring strategic insights directly inform call plans, digital campaigns, and commercial resource allocation.

Analyzing Digital & Field Campaigns: Conduct ongoing, in-campaign digital analytics (covering email, banners, mobile, and alerts) and consumer database performance to optimize tactics in real time.

Integrating Disparate Data Insights: Synthesize findings from market research, forecasts, and deidentified patient claims data into unified, compelling strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate analytical findings effectively to internal stakeholders, ensuring data recommendations are fully integrated into business tactics.

Data & Vendor Management: Build departmental knowledge on analytical methodologies and collaborate with high-quality third-party digital agencies.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of marketing analytics experience using relevant industry data sources, OR Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant analytical experience.

Strong background working within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer (strongly preferred).Hands-on experience analyzing large, deidentified patient claims data sets (strongly preferred).Familiarity with CardioRenal Metabolic or other Metabolic therapeutic areas (strongly preferred).Proficiency in statistical programming with R, Python, or SAS.Strong expertise in data extraction tools (SQL) along with Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated track record in advanced analytics techniques (multivariate analysis, promotional responsiveness, ROI modeling).Experience with digital analytics (non-personal marketing tactics like email, mobile, banner ads) and consumer marketing databases. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex analytical projects simultaneously. Must be able to work standard business hours aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
