Maintenance Engineer

Role: Maintenance Engineer Location: Carrickfergus Hours: Dayshift training, followed by rotating shifts Pay: £19.88 per hour / £39,282.88 per annum, + up to 36% shift premium We're working with a manufacturing business in Carrickfergus to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. The Benefits: 22% shift premium for 8-hour rotating shifts 36% shift premium for 24/6 or 24/7 rotating 12-hour shifts Initial dayshift training until competent and confident; duration depends on experience and progress The Role: Youll carry out mechanical and electrical repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC and manufacturing equipment, helping improve reliability and production efficiency. Current shifts 12-hour rotation (24/7) - more details upon application The 24/7 pattern is relatively new and may be temporary. It is currently planned to end by the start of November, with a return to the previous 24/6 pattern.
