Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in writing, editing, visual communication, process optimization, and internal documentation, with strong organizational and communication skills
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or communications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Services, English, Communications, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience supporting information systems, cloud technologies, data analysis, or technology implementation projects
• Knowledge of UX design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
