Required Program Manager - Pennsylvania - Hybrid 

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic technology transformation initiative in insurance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving delivery excellence across phases.

12 – 15 years of program or project management experience in IT services or consulting with at least 6- 8 years in Insurance. Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of AI and cloud strategic programs. Knowledge and expertise of industry standard platforms such as smarts sheet, Jira etc. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership

Lead the end-to-end execution of a multi-phase transformation program

Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and quality expectations.

Manage delivery across multi partner onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, technical SMEs, and third-party vendors.

Facilitate governance forums including weekly and monthly reviews, risk assessments, and milestone sign-offs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and internal delivery teams.

Delivery Oversight

Experience in scaled agile program management

Ensure timely handover and support readiness for production environments.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Risk & Change Management

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.

Manage scope changes through structured change control processes.

Financial & Commercial Management

Monitor project budgets, milestone-based billing, and resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to fixed-price delivery models and payment schedules.

Support commercial discussions and change order negotiations as needed.
