The Role • Serving customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products. • Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email. • Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales. • Assisting with warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and managing deliveries. • Maintaining high standards throughout the branch. What You'll Need • Experience in face-to-face customer service. • Prior warehouse experience is beneficial. • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team. • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic. • Comfortable with lifting heavy items. • Prior industry experience is advantageous.
