Years of Experience:
5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in MAWM

Customer-focused Manhattan WMS professional with 5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud). This role requires functional and operational support across multiple distribution centers, ensuring stable operations, scalable processes, and high service performance.

Required Skills:
1. 5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of good hands on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud).
2. Strong production support experience with knowledge on ITIL processes.
3. Demonstrate hands on technical proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply strong functional expertise in warehouse operations and end to end WMS processes to support business and operational needs.
• Demonstrate hands on technical proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs and JSONs for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational stabilization in high availability environments.
• Good to have (not mandatory): Experience troubleshooting Manhattan Active WM Proactive Extensions, SCI and Jasper reports, and label/reporting frameworks

Additional Info:
• The application support is provided by a team consisting of Onsite-Offshore associates.
• The work is performed in 1st or 2nd shifts either in EST or PST hours.
• It is required to work from client office (corporate or distribution center), 3-5 days a week.
