Title: Senior Product Designer, Growth- W2

Location: Remote

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Primary responsibilities (daily/weekly): Design and iterate on A/B test variants across the subscription funnel, produce concepts and mocks for growth initiatives, partner with the Growth PM and engineering team on active workstreams, and contribute to larger product bets as they develop.
• Key projects or initiatives for the role: AlphaSpace funnel optimization, subscription checkout and onboarding improvements, Research Hub, AI monetization schemes within subscriptions, and an ongoing portfolio of growth experiments.
• Success metrics or KPIs for this role: Volume and quality of A/B tests shipped, contribution to subscriber growth metrics, speed from brief to design-ready, and quality of cross-functional partnership.

Candidate Profile

Must-have skills/qualifications (technical, soft skills, certifications, tools):

• Strong product and growth design experience, fluency in A/B testing workflows, information architecture, Figma proficiency, and hands-on experience with AI design tools. Comfortable working across both core product UX and growth/marketing design.

Ideal experience level (years, leadership, industries):

• Has worked in a scaled consumer product growth environment. Experience with subscription or SaaS businesses a strong plus.
• Any preferred industries or companies for background? Consumer tech, fintech, or media. Ideally has worked at a company with a mature growth and experimentation culture (Dropbox, LinkedIn, or similar).
• Desired personality or work style: High-throughput executor who doesn''''t over-deliberate. Proactive, shows work without being asked, and can hold a longer-term product vision while being comfortable taking incremental steps toward it. Not a recluse — partners well and communicates clearly.
• Key attributes or values sought in the candidate: Strong executor first, strategic thinker second. Comfortable with ambiguity, works well across functions, and brings pattern recognition from prior growth environments rather than needing to build it from scratch.
