Job Summary

Seeking a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis and Change Management experience to lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resources. The role involves coordinating IT teams, vendors, and agency stakeholders; gathering and documenting requirements; designing current-state and future-state processes; and supporting solution evaluation and procurement. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with agency standards, coordinating UAT and cutover, driving user adoption, and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and executive status reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple work efforts simultaneously.
• Strong schedule management and resource planning skills.
• Ability to identify, map, and re-engineer business processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Power BI and/or data dashboard skills.

Preferred Certification

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or a comparable certification.
