Job Description

We are looking for HVAC Technician for our client in Framingham, MA

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Location: Framingham, MA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $41.48hr - $46.48hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility. Responsibilities include working with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems while maintaining temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms. The candidate will interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, accurately completing maintenance logs and system documentation, and applying strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. The successful candidate will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support consistent environmental control that meets manufacturing and facility standards. A minimum of a High School Diploma and EPA Certification are required.

Must Have Skills:

2+ years of dedicated experience in a commercial HVAC role.

Previous Experience:

Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
Experience with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

Any additional licenses or trade certifications are a plus.
