The Role • Ensure a seamless service process and excellent service quality for customers, supporting and advising them from initiation through to the finalization of all contractual details. • Handle administrative tasks and engage directly with vehicles, demonstrating a passion for both aspects of the role. • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, manage vehicle deregistration, and prepare vehicles for both B2B and B2C sales, ensuring a dynamic daily routine. • Assess vehicle condition and create an electronic condition report using proprietary app technology, with a commitment to purchasing a wide variety of vehicles. What You'll Need • Individuals with no prior experience but with administrative background are encouraged to apply. • A service-oriented approach to create a positive customer experience and elevate customer satisfaction. • Automotive knowledge, potentially gained from roles like auto mechanic, auto painter, or car sales professional, or initial experience in vehicle appraisal is advantageous. • Flexibility in working hours, openness, and strong communication skills. • A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
