·         Strong Healthcare Payer experience in Interoperability / FHIR store capabilities.

·         10+ years of Program/Project management experience.

·         Minimum 3 years experience in process management.

·         Minimum 3 years experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 5 years (if not).

·         Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.

·         Ability to thrive in a matrix management, hands on environment.

·         Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills.

·         Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.

·         Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques preferred.

·         PMP and Agile certifications preferred.
