The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes.
• Document all system modifications and produce quality technical documentation.
• Perform pre-deployment testing and on-site installations of upgrades and modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Possession of a C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License.
