SR QA Lead

Senior QA Lead – ETL & Data Validation (Healthcare) -- Onsite 

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, Snowflake, and Cortex to lead quality assurance efforts for healthcare data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive QA activities for assigned epics from requirement analysis through production release.
• Perform end-to-end ETL testing, data validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Validate Snowflake and Cortex-based data solutions using complex SQL queries.
• Test ETL operational processes including scheduling, job dependencies, failure handling, restartability, safe re-runs, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, data engineering, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support UI functional and regression testing as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with strong focus on ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Cortex and modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver testing for complex epics.
• Basic UI testing experience and flexibility to support front-end testing when required.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is required.

Preferred

• Test automation experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare data domains such as claims, membership, provider, or clinical data.

• Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required
