Position: Performance & Load Test Automation Engineer
Location: NYC Area Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite
Duration: 6+ Months

Need healthcare experience on recet or previous projects.

Role: Hands-on execution-focused QA / Performance Engineering resource

Must-Have Skills

7+ years of QA/testing experience with strong automation testing experience
Strong LoadRunner and JMeter experience
Performance engineering, including:
- Workload modeling
- Performance test environment setup and maintenance
- Test execution
- Monitoring
- Capacity planning
- Bottleneck identification and analysis
- Performance reporting and recommendations
Strong SQL and backend testing skills
Hands-on experience with:
- API testing
- Integration testing
- Database testing
- File testing
- Manual testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work 3 days/week from the NYC-area office

Good to Have

ISTQB Foundation Level certification or higher
Advanced ISTQB certifications
Healthcare/payer domain experience
Experience with healthcare platforms such as HealthEdge
Experience with Facets, HRP, member, provider, enrollment, and healthcare integration testing
