Description
Join a dynamic team in Lenexa, KS, in a full-time role focusing on supply chain management. 
This position involves overseeing the procurement process from start to finish, including contract negotiation and vendor management. 
Proficiency in general software tools is required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Research and evaluate suppliers based on various criteria such as price and reliability.
Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Collaborate with logistics to monitor shipments and address any delivery issues.
Resolve complex contract issues and support procurement staff as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain and contracts.
Experience with RFP processes and contract negotiation.
At least 4 years of negotiation experience with suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general database software.
Strong communication skills and a passion for safety.
