Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to support a large- scale D365 implementation for a global manufacturing organization. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities across Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on functional consultant who can quickly integrate into a project nearing go-live, provide leadership across Supply Chain workstreams, support business testing and stabilization activities, and serve as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Procurement, and related SCM processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and recommend best practice process improvements.
Support integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end business process validation activities.
- Assist with go-live readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization support.
Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer deliverables.
Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support solution enhancements.
Support future rollouts, business process improvements, and system optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX consulting experience.
Deep expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management implementations.

- Proven track record supporting multiple end-to-end D365 implementation projects from design through go-live.
Experience supporting UAT testing cycles, and deployment activities Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
Experience with global rollouts and multi-entity deployments.
Understanding of reporting, analytics, and process optimization within D365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel onsite periodically for workshops, critical business activities, go-live support, and stakeholder engagements as required.
