Role: O9 Consultant with Supply Chain Planning

Location: Dallas, TX, / Atlanta, GA / Seattle, WA (Onsite: 3 days Hybrid)

Job Description:

An o9 consultant designs, implements, and supports supply chain planning solutions using the O9 Solutions Digital Brain platform. The role focuses on improving demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from supply chain, planning, and operations teams.
• Configure and implement o9 Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
• Build forecasting models, planning hierarchies, and supply plans.
• Design and support S&OP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes.
• Configure KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Perform data mapping, integration testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3 8+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Hands-on experience with O9 Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Knowledge of:

Demand Forecasting

Supply Planning

Inventory Optimization

S&OP / IBP

Production Planning

Supply Chain Analytics

• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end O9 implementation experience.
• Experience integrating O9 with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL tools, or cloud platforms.
• Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or High-Tech industries.
