This project will use a modern architecture centered around Sitecore AI, Next.js, and Vercel, so experience with those technologies will be critical when identifying qualified candidates. We are looking for developers who can contribute quickly in a fast-paced delivery environment and work closely with our internal marketing, architecture, and development teams.

Key skills and experience we would like candidates to have include:

  • Strong experience with Next.js and modern React-based application development
  • Experience with Sitecore, ideally including Sitecore AI or Sitecore XM Cloud
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications on Vercel
  • Strong front-end development skills using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience building responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components
  • Familiarity with API integrations, including REST and GraphQL
  • Experience working with headless CMS architectures
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
  • Strong collaboration skills with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, and other developers
  • Ability to work independently while following enterprise development standards

Additional experience that would be helpful includes:

  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns
  • Experience with secure web application development
  • Familiarity with cloud-based hosting and serverless application patterns
